Just 15 Minutes A Day
I’m sure you’ve heard this a hundred times on commercials trying to sell you the next best Abdominal machine out there. Is there any truth behind those machines? I don’t think those machines and gadgets can do anything that you can’t do yourself at home with a little time and a lot of ambition.
So you want to shed some pounds and get some rock hard abs. Well let’s start with the basics. You can have rock hard abs and never see them underneath belly fat. Trust me, my abs have been rock hard for years and until recently have I been able to see them and even now they are not that visible.
To get that washboard stomach that you see on models and fitness gurus, you have to diet. There are no two ways about it. You can’t continue your eating habits while doing moderate exercise and expect to see results. This also work the other way, you can’t just start a diet without exercise and expect immediate results.
The best way to get results is a combination of the two. Sure you can pay all sorts of money for the L.A. diet, but why should you? The L.A. Diet sells you meals and gives you direction for a large amount of money. This was all good before the internet came about. It’s too easy to search the internet for healthy recipes, find out how to cut the proper calories and foods and start an exercise program that’s right for you.
With the proper diet and about 15-20 minutes of exercise a day and you can safely and effectively shed some weight and be on your way to fitness bliss. Do some research and ask your physician what’s right for you, especially before starting an exercise regiment.
