Product Review: BSN Syntha 6
BSN’s Syntha 6 is a sustained release protein powder. Sustained release means that it will start working instantly but continue to feed your muscles for up to 8 hours and can be ingested more than once a day. This is a great tasting A.M.-P.M. formula enriched with 6 high quality protein blends.
Syntha 6 also contains BCAA’s, Glutamine Peptides, and fiber. All of this and only 2 grams of sugar per serving with 22 grams of protein per serving. When I say great tasting I really mean it. I have yet to taste a better tasting protein powder mixed with milk or water. Muscle Milk comes close but the flavors of Muscle Milk can be too rich sometimes and the sugar content in Muscle Milk is a bit high for my liking.
Syntha 6 has 200 calories per serving and comes in 5 flavors. Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Mocachino, and Cookies and Creme. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!
