October Kicks Off With Carb. Week
This entire week on Health And Men I will be featuring Carb Week. I’m going to spend some time and tell you what you should know about Carbohydrates and your diet. How carbs ar NOT the enemy and how important they are in your everyday life.
You hear everyone talking about the carb free diet where they don;t eat carbs and lose all sorts of weight. While it does work is it healthy? I’m not a physician or even a nutritionist but I do my research and a lot of it is just common sense and science. Now you are more than welcome to do your own research and If you find conflicting information by all means put ti out there so we can discuss and diffuse the myths from facts.
I will do my best to provide facts and links to informational columns on the subject. You may just be surprised how much healthy benefits carbohydrates provide.
