Product Review: The Perfect Push Up.
When I see exercise stuff advertised on TV I’m always skeptical. I mean, how many “Ab Machines” can you put out…better question is how many of them actually work?
Along comes something different, something that works something besides abs. Something that works your arms. The thing I hate about these commercials is that they say “Get Ripped” in 3 weeks. Now if your 5′4″ and a fat 225 lbs chances are it’s going to take more than the perfect push up to lean you down get you ripped. However if your already in pretty good shape this may help get you that ripped effect…along with the proper diet and other exercises.
Anyway, now on to the product. When I pulled them out of the box my first thought was to rub the bottoms of them together and yell “CLEAR!” like an E.R. doctor. At first I put them on the floor and knocked out a quick 20 push ups. Of course this felt different but didn’t feel like it was really doing anythingnew. I then tried10 slow push ups with good form and natural rotation of the arms like they show you on tv. I felt more this time. It felt like I was working more to stabilize myself like doing push ups with a swiss ball. It feels like your working more to push yourself up from the down position because of the rotation, and at the same time it feels really…well, natural.
I say product-wise it works well. Will it get you ripped? It may help, along with proper dieting and other exercise like I said before. The ones advertised on TV cost about $40. You may be able to find a slightly less expensive set at Wal Mart from the same company.

Hey, thanks for reviewing these. We (me and hubby) have been pretty curious about these defilibrator-looking things. Interesting to hear that they actually could benefit your push-up regime.
