I’m Not With Stupid…I AM Stupid!
This is what Steroids + Stupidity get you. If you don’t know who this is, this is Gregg Valentino. He has 28 inch biceps…unfortunately for him he’s only about 5′6″ tall and the rest of his body is not even close to the proportional size of his arms. He’s noted as being the most hated person in bodybuilding. Why? not because he has bigger arms than most but because he’s the poster child for what not to do. This guy is a f@#king idiot. He used to inject directly into his muscles using the same needle over and over. There is a video of him on Youtube where he said he would just blow the dirt of the needle and then stick it in. He got a blood infetion and nearly died.
All that trouble for some horrible looking muscles. I feel sorry for him.

I saw the documentary on him awhile back….i just don’t see how he thought that they looked good. You should see his webpage where he tris to sell his crap for outrageous amounts of money…his so called “secrets”.
