Working Legs Builds Your Biceps?

squat.jpgWhat? I would never have thought either but RT from Realmuscleonline.com tells us a story of how and why here. I never thought about it this way but it makes perfect sense. I’m going to post a real small piece of the article but you need to read the entire thing to full understand the whole concept of it.

“Everyone wants to know what it takes to get big muscles but not everyone is prepared to accept the answer. I’d like to tell you a little story about my best mate and the lesson he learned about getting big muscles; I hope he doesn’t mind.”

I hate the two exercises he mentions too because I’m sore for half a week after hitting them hard and I feel drained for a few days as well…but now I will put much more thought into utilizing them into my workout…I’m still learning these things too!

    I never really thought about it that way until you mentioned the anabolic effect and then it all made sense.
