The Birds and The B’s…minus the Birds
Vitamin B. Very important in converting food to energy and often forgotten about and rarely thought about. Well I’m here to change that and this whole week is going to be dedicated to running through some vitamins and telling you what you need to know about them. Today I start with my favorite because it’s what keeps me going throughout the day. I’m going to rely on the good Ole Wikipedia to help me out a lot because it has soooo much information and it would take me all day to cover it.
The Basics. Vitamin B is important for cell metabolism and converting food to energy. There are many different types of Vitamin B and each one has it’s own unique function and form. I take a B Vitamin complex every day. It will make you pee a bright yellow urine but it will keep you energy up.
