Weakness–Exercise–Sets–Reps
Small Biceps–Seated Barbell Curl–4 Set @ 8-10 Reps
Underdeveloped Quads–Front Squat–4-5 Sets @ 8-12 Reps
Small Calves–Tri-set as follows all 4 sets at 15 to 20 reps
- Standing Calf Raise
- Seated Calf Raise
- Donkey Calf Raise
Narrow Shoulders–Dumb bell Lat Raise–4 to 5 Sets @ 6 to 8 Reps
These Do not include warm up sets*
