I Love The Farmland, I Love My iPod
As some of you may know, I live in the country where there are endless farm fields. The past two days I have gone for a walk with the sauna suit on after a brief but rigorous workout. I would run the full circle (about 3.75 miles) but my sciatic nerve still bothers me a bit an running aggravates it.
Anyway, long story short, the walk was wonderful. Fresh air a cool breeze and the suit had me sweating like Michael Vick at the ASPCA. I’ve upgraded from the iPod shuffle to a larger, bulkier iPod classic. Although it is big and bulky compared to the shuffle it holds a lot more music and I can pick and choose more efficiently.
I ran for the last .75 mile and was just drenched when I was finished. It even looked as if I wet myself (Oops) because of sweat leaking out of my sauna suit. If you live out in the country and it’s warm, get out there and go for a walk. Get some exercise and fresh air.
