Trying Something New
I feel as of late I have been lacking consistent content on this blog and that is due to a few things. I have slightly longer work hours due to a co-worker in the shipping dept of the manufacturing plant I work in quitting. For the last month or so I have had to work 2, sometimes, 3 departments. Wire preparation, shipping and sometimes receiving. This has made me quite irritable and also made for some long days. So in an effort to simplify things here and kind of get myself into a “format” or routine so to speak I’ve come up with a plan. Hopefully this also helps some numbers grow and get a consistent reader base. So from now on the week at Healthandmen.com will look like this:
Monday will be “Laugh It Up”, when I post my weekly joke. They say laughing is good for you and people who laugh a lot generally live longer than those who don’t. Besides, everyone enjoys a good joke every now and then.
Tuesdays will be geared toward muscle specific exercises. I’ll pick a muscle or muscle group and post some type of exercise or workout for the specified muscle(s).
Wednesday will me “Mid-Week Madness”. Some people call Wednesday “Hump Day” meaning the week is half over and everything is down hill. Everything is not down hill for most people and Wednesday just marks the halfway point for a stressful work week so I will try to focus on mental health and anti-stress activities.
Thursday will be a general health day where I search out some type of health article and write about/link to it.
Friday will be a focusing point for healthy foods. Self-explanatory.
Saturday will be my Health Links day. I haven’t done this in quite some time and I will search out good health posts from other b5media bloggers in the H&S channel and link to these posts. Makes for a half way easy Saturday for me and gets some good word spreading.
Sunday I will once again post a general health article.
Depending on how everything goes I may switch some things around every now and then and if I have something I feel is really good I will post it as well. This will all start tomorrow and if all goes well it will be the norm.
