I’ve Been Tagged

In case you’re not aware, in the “Blogosphere” there is a perpetual tagging game called MEME (Don’t ask how to pronounce it. I still don’t know). If you get tagged by another blog you’re supposed abide by the “rules” below:

1. Link to the person that tagged you and post the rules on your blog.
2. Share seven random and/or weird things about yourself.
3. Tag seven people at the end of your post and include links to their blogs.
4. Let each person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

So in compliance and just to have a little fun It’s my turn. Angelique at Breaking The Mirror tagged me, so here goes #2 from above.

1. I play guitar and also blog on a heavy metal music blog here at b5media. (Shameless Plug http://metalmartyr.com) Kind of have two different personalities on each blog. But it’s fun and I love it!

2. There are only a handful of things that piss me off more than people that drag their feet when they walk. If you drag your feet when you walk, you drag your feet in everything that you do and it just goes to show that you are so lazy that you don’t even bother to pick up your feet a centimeter or two when you walk.

3. I like the site of a rainbow after a good hard rain. It may sound a bit unmanly, but I think rainbows are a beautiful display of nature.

4. I quit smoking last year but I smoked about once a month throughout the year. I don’t know why, but I started back again (Habitually) about a month ago. I hate that I’m doing it again but hell, I’m not perfect.

5. From 1994 to 2007 I spent time in the military as a cook. I spent August 1994 to August 1998 in the United States Marine Corps. October 1998 to March 2005 in the U.S. Army. From December 2005 to December 2007 I served in the North Carolina Army National Guard. I won two major culinary competitions…but I don’t have the passion for it and very rarely cook anymore. Sometimes I’ll throw a hot dog in the microwave, but that’s about it.

6. I never gave thought to blogging until last year when my wife said I should apply for the newly forming Music Channel here at b5Media. Shortly after getting the position for Metal Martyr I offered up the idea to do this blog and applied for it. Here I am.

7. When I was a kid I wanted to be a professional baseball player. Unfortunately I couldn’t hit a fastball to save my life.
