Hey Chicken Legs? Part 2
Ever wonder how the hell a chicken can support it weight with those tiny sticks? Ever look in the mirror and wonder the same thing about yourself? I do. You know the newer Superhero cartoons where Batman and Superman have this huge upper body and are somehow supported by those little thin legs and are still able to do aerobatics with them? The same way Wyle E Coyote falls off a cliff and still lives…it’s just a cartoon.
In real life most men’s legs are not proportionate with the rest of their body. Hell most of our bodies are so disproportionate it’s ridiculous. What can you do about those legs? focus on them more as a week point and build them up. Right about now your saying “No Sh*t, Sherlock!”. Here are a couple of older posts that may be of help.
